Our unit is a spacious, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom 2900 sq. ft condo on the beachfront, with large balconies that have magnificent views of the Bay. Vaulted ceilings, professional interior design, contemporary artwork and furnishings create an ambiance of comfort and luxury. Construction is of the highest quality, with contemporary Mexican design. The fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances has granite countertops; the bathrooms have marble counter tops and there are marble floors throughout the unit. Punta Esmeralda is conveniently situated with ready access to all the towns on the Bay of Banderas. It is five minutes from Bucerias and La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, ten minutes from Nuevo Vallarta, and twenty-five minutes from the nightlife of Puerto Vallarta. Puerto Vallarta is an old colonial town that has undergone a renaissance in the last decade. There is ample sightseeing; shopping opportunities ranging from quaint little stalls selling local wares to international fashion boutiques; and a full range of restaurants, from tiny vendors to exceptional establishments with world-class cuisine. Nuevo Vallarta has more shops, restaurants, beach activities and nightlife.
