Tranquil , Restful & Serene: I love the privacy of the location, the open, airy layout of the house and most importantly, the large windows which afford me a 220 degree view of the Red Rocks, State Forest land, and abundant wildlife. I can sit on my back porch as the sun sets, sipping a glass of wine, listening to the soothing sounds from the small pond in the front yard, the cascading of water over the rocks in Oak Creek, or the swishing of the large Willow tree in the back yard. As night falls I fire up the BBQ, put some logs in the backyard firepit, bundle up a bit and eat dinner outside on the porch, listening to those same sounds and I gaze at a sky so star-filled, that it takes your breath away. In the morning around 6 am, hot cup of coffee in hand, I'm outside again, this time watching a wide array of birds, hummingbirds, cranes, butterflies, etc. start their day.

Shop & Sightsee: The house is a short 1/4 mi from the hustle & bustle of uptown Sedona and I never tire of wandering through the myriad of art galleries, museums, & eclectic shops the town has to offer. Exploring the shops in Tlaquepaque or sitting & listening/watching local performers entertain throughout the courtyard areas, will keep you busy for hours. During the warmer weather - generally through Thanksgiving, dozens of craftsmen & artists, supported by the Sedona Arts community, display & sell their work in West Sedona venues.

Hike, Bike, Climb, Balloon, Ride, or Slide: You will never run out of trails to hike & bike, or mountains to climb. This is a wonderland for the adventurous of spirit and body. Take a balloon ride over the majestic Red Rocks or a teeth-rattling Jeep Tour weaving up, over & through the Rocks, for horseback riding, you'll not find a more magnificent experience. If you are bringing kids or teens along, a day spent at Slide Rock is a must! Slip and slide down the rocks and into the cold rushing waters of famous Oak Creek. Bring along a picnic for a perfect family outing.

Ski: Flagstaff Snowbowl is approximately 30 mi north of Sedona on Hwy 89A. It has skiing, snowboarding, & sled hills.

Golf: There are multiple Golf courses at Resort areas throughout the Sedona area
