Newfound Lake Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Prime Season $1,825/wk - Off Season $1,475/wk
- - Prime Season $1825.00 per week, plus a $300.00 security deposit, 9% State of NH Rooms & Meals Tax.
- Off Season $1475.00 per week, plus a $300.00 security deposit, 9% State of NH Rooms & Meals Tax.
- Renters are expected leave the cottage tidy and leave it in condition it was when they arrived.
- 1/3 of rental fee & security deposit is required with signed contract to reserve your week(s). Balance along with NH State Rooms & Meals Tax is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Security deposit will be returned to you within 30 days after a full cottage inspection has been performed to insure cleanliness and damage check. - Rental rate is for an occupancy of up to 8 people.
