Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Discount may apply for rental of cottage and house. Either may be rented without the other.
- A cleaning fee of $125 is charged for the main house. If renting the cottage, a cleaning charge of $85 will be added for the cottage. If both are rented together a cleaning fee of $185 is added. 12% tax is added to the rental amount plus the cleaning fee.. A $45 Accidental Damage Waiver Policy Fee is also added in place of a damage deposit. This damage waiver protects the guest for up to $1500 of any accidental damage to the home or property. This does not cover smoking inside a home or bringing a pet into the home. You will be charged a minimum of $500 for extra cleanig, etc. if this occurs.
- A $500/$800 w/ cottage, non-refundable reservation deposit will hold your reservation until 30 days prior to your arrival, at that time your rent, tax and cleaning fee are due in full. Your $500/$800 non-refundable reservation deposit is applied to the final amount. You will be charged a $45.00 ACCIDENTIAL DAMAGE WAIVER POLICY FEE instead of the $500/$800 damage deposit. Your credit card account number will still be held on file in case of smoking inside residence, pets on premises, or excessive cleaning or failure to comply with the cleaning requirements as stated in terms and conditions. No refunds through MC/VISA or other charge cards due to your cancellation. We do offer Travel Insurance through Travel Guard to protect your trip from unforeseen circumstances which could cause you to cancel or shorten your stay.

The guest cottage is a STUDIO with bedroom area open to kitchen, dining and living room area. It has one queen bed and one full futon.The house can be rented separately from the studio cottage. Sleeps 10-13 with both house and cottage rented together.
