Nemi Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

We accept credit cards through Paypal. A fee will apply. - It is only possible to rent Villalba for one or more weeks (rental is always from Saturday to Saturday) in the high season May, June, July August and September. It is possible to rent the house on a weekly basis or just weekends – also extended – the rest of the year.
At the moment it is possible to rent Villalba with 3 bedrooms (up to 7 persons) or the entire house with 3 more rooms on the 1st floor (up to 14 persons). Some weeks can only be rented if you book the entire house. You will ALWAYS have the entire house for yourself. We DO NOT rent the house to two renters simultaneously.
