Telluride House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Our base rates include up to eight guests at the Homestead House, and up to four additional guests in the optional Carriage House - adults or children. These rates are based on a typical 5-7 night stay, and a separate cleaning fee is charged for each residence.
The Carriage House (a guest house a few feet from the Homestead House) is offered as an option to renters of the main house. It acts like a 'lockoff' with two additional bedrooms and baths. If you do not wish to rent the Carriage House as an additional option, it will remain empty throughout your stay to protect your privacy in the main house. - Homestead House Rates:

Most Festivals and Holiday Weeks .....$ 795/night.
Christmas or New Year's Holiday Wks (1 wk min stay). $1195/night.
