Poipu House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Fully refundable security/damage deposit of $500 will be added to total
- Deposit is fully refundable 14 days or less after check out provided there is no loss or damage beyond normal wear and tear.
A Cleaning fee of $295 will be added to the total
GET Tax of 4% and TAT Tax of 9.25% will be added to the total as is required by the State of Hawaii
Longer Minimum night stay may apply at Christmas and Holidays - Cancelations 90 days or more before your arrival date will be refunded in full less 25%
Cancelations 90 days or less before your arrival date will be refunded in full less 25% IF the property is able to be rebooked for these dates.
If the property is not able to be rebooked No refund will be given
Owner may at owners discretion offer a credit towards a future stay if dates are available and rates are similar.
