Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- We are also interested in speaking with seasonal rentals, please contact us to discuss.
- A deposit in the amount of 1/2 of your total stay is due at least 30 days prior to your scheduled visit. Your reservation will be classified 'tentative' until this deposit is received. We accept PayPal (credit cards), and bank transfers for payment. Please contact us by telephone if you would like to discuss alternate payment methods.
We understand that sometimes life throws curve balls. If you cancel your reservation 30 days prior to your visit, there will be no cancellation fee. If you cancel within the 30 day time frame you will forfeit 1/2 of your deposit. We will work with you if we can rent our home for your cancelled stay, for the same rate.
The payment for your entire stay will be due prior to you receiving the access code to the home. At this same time, a fully refundable security deposit (the amount depending upon your length of stay and number of guests) will also be due. Your deposit will be happily refunded after the home is inspected (not to exceed 3 business days)

Twin Mountain House Details
Ski Bretton Woods - NH's Largest Ski Area: Visit Bretton Woods, NH's largest ski area with 434 acres of skiing and snowboarding, including 101 trails and glades, as well as four terrain parks! Ten lifts, including four high-speed quads, make your ride up the mountain almost as fun as the ride down. Voted 'Best in the East for Weather' by SKI magazine, if there's snow falling, chances are they've got it - or are snowmaking on 92% of the trails. And, because you'll want to stay on the slopes until after dark, they also offer night skiing and riding, which of course, is a blast!
Twin Mountain, NH Hiking: Twin Mountain is located in the heart of the White Mountains. There are many hiking trails for the beginner to the advanced rock climber. Located along the Appalachian Trail, Twin Mountain is the place hikers rest and plan their outdoor adventures. Twin Mountain is located just five miles north of the Franconia Notch State Park, where the old man of the mountains once was perched. There are many hikes located in the Park; here is a sample: Bald Mountain and Artist's Bluff Reached by a short hike, offers fine views of Cannon Mt. and Franconia Notch. The 1.5 mile loop begins in the parking area across Route 18 from Peabody Base Lodge. After 1/4 mile a short, steep path diverges left for 1/10 mile to the open summit of Bald Mountain. The main trail continues on from the junction and bears right, up and across the low ridge. A short unmarked path diverges left to the open top of Artists Bluff. The main trail continues down to Route 18 near Echo Lake.
