Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- High Season rate $6000 - $7000/week for up to 16 guests (weekly only, Saturday to Saturday).
Extra guests $375/week per person, up to a total of 20 guests.
Off season rate of $5000/week or $750/night for up to 16 guests.
$200/cleaning fee
Holiday Rate at $1100/night with 3 night minimum.
All Linens provided, no charge. - $1000.00 Security Deposit. 4% processing fee.

This home is completely outfitted with your comfort in mind. Pack your shorts, jeans, bathing suits, pick up some food and come enjoy a vacation that will make you want to come back again!!!!!!!!! Dock with buoy provided. Brand New Pontoon boat, Mastercraft ski boat and jet skis are available to rent with this property.
