Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- We Accept Pay-Pal and Credit Cards. Pet are welcome, doggy door and fenced yard.

Weekly rate is $1,250.00

Weekly rate is discounted is posted for the current month. We do not have Hidden Fees like booking or extra per person fee this amount is one rate it also including taxes. The Cleaning fee $125.00. If you have any further question please e-mail or call me I will be happy to explain our fees. - Rates are the same for 1 person as for 10 people. 50% Deposit is required to hold your reservation this can be paid through credit card or check on Pay pal. Personal checks can also be mailed to us Standard Mail. Credit or Debit card will be required for Security Authroization upon arrival for your stay. The deposit is fully Refundable up to 30 days prior to your arrival. After that time it becomes Non-Refundable. The balance is due upon arrival. Please call me for more details on the booking process.
Pets are allowed must have prior approval pet fee will apply.
Credit Cards only upon arrival you must have a credit card not a debit card and a current drivers licenses upon arrival. This will be used for your security deposit.

Living room features a beautiful pellet stove for a small fire. Dish Satellite TV and DVDs. There’s also an entertainment center with a Flat Screen TV to enjoy the shows!
The dining room has seating for 6. There’s plenty of extra chairs around for the guests who might need them. There is also an extra table for more guests in the closet area.
Our side deck has a propane BBQ Grill, lots of plastic chairs for seating, and a park bench to enjoy the sound of birds and fresh scent of pine trees.
