Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• Cleaning fee is non-refundable. Basic cleaning fee is $100 for up to 4 tennants, 5-6 is $150 and 7 or more tennants, special event or long term (2 weeks+) rentals will be charged a $175 or more cleaning fee.
  Property rental is not secured until signed agreement and payment is recieved.
  Special events or large groups, require signature on the agreement and a copy of drivers license from all occupants.
  
  Rates subject to change without notice.
• Refundable security deposit is due upon booking, and will be credited via return check within 3 weeks of departure. Optional security fee in lieu of deposit. Non refundable property damage protection fee: $39.00 to $59.00, quoted per agreement.
  50% of total rental fee is due to secure the rental.
  Remainder of rental fees due 60 days prior to arrival.
  Cancellations must be submitted 60 days prior to arrival to receive 100% of security deposit. Cancellations submitted 60 days prior to arrival may be subject to a cancellation fee, and cancellations submitted 30 days prior to arrival are subject to loss of deposit/payment.
