Tropical Palms Lit At Night!: Tropical Palms Lit At Night: The Front and Rear of the Lake House lit with over 100 landscape lighting fixtures. It is an absolute delight to enjoy cocktails, barbecue, or have dinner by the Lake. The lighting is visible through all of the sunporch windows and each bedroom. There are 22 different varieties of Palm Trees on the property!
Policies, Pets & Deposits: Policies & Deposits: The reservation is confirmed via e-mail confirmation and your 25% deposit. Full payment for the reservation is required 1 week prior to arrival. Cash, Check or Credit Card are our accepted forms of payment. No smoking is allowed inside the house. Smoking is permitted outside on the deck. Check Out time is 10am Check In time is 3pm If you need special arrangements, please let us know and we will be more than happy to try to accommodate your needs. Any damage or loss will be charged to your credit card. This House is a single-family dwelling in a wonderful, quiet, safe, residential neighborhood. It is designed to accommodate a maximum of 6 to 8 people, including children. Out of respect for our neighbors, we are not available for parties or group gatherings of any kind. A minimum 90-day notice of cancellation is required in writing or e-mail for full refunds.
Bring Your Pet!: Bring your pet, we provide the bed and bowls! The neighborhood is filled with people walking their dogs, especially at night. Any damage caused by the pets, will be charged to your credit card. It is expected that you will clean up the feces from your pet in the gardens.
