There are also additional golf courses down the coast on the Mayan Riviera. Our condos are located in Tower 1 of Hotetur Beach Paradise. This tower is situated further out than the other 2 towers & gives you the feeling that you are floating on the beautiful turquoise waters. Not only do you feel this sensation from the balcony, but also from within the condos. As you sit on your balcony, you will see pelicans flying by so closely that you can almost touch them. You will feel the cool breezes and hear the melodious sounds of the waves. In summer, watch the nesting female turtles lay their eggs before you. In late summer & early fall, watch their hatchlings rush to the sea. By day look for dolphins frolicking in the waters. By night, enjoy the lights of the cruise ships as they parade by the Hotel Zone. Life does not get any better than sitting on your balcony & enjoying the beauty of nature.
