Prices based on the number of bedrooms used assuming double occupancy: 4 bedrooms and The Club Room in the Main Villa, the first floor bedroom and The Sun Room in the Guest House, and the Owner's Suite on the top floor of the Guest House. More than 16 people may be accommodated only with the express consent of the owners for an additional cost of $250 per week per person. For smaller groups, the Guest House which can sleep 1 to 6+ people may be available for rent at 50% of the above rates if the guests who have rented the Villa are not using the 3 bedrooms in the Guest House. Rates do not include government tax and security deposit. Prices subject to change prior to deposit of 50% of room rate at time of booking. - Christmas and New Years Weeks: flat rate of $17,500 per week for up to 16 people.

The 4 guest bedrooms offer 2 bedrooms with Queen-size beds and futons plus 2 bedrooms each with a Twin-size Trundle bed (when not needed, one bed stores under the other to provider more space in the room). All 8 bedrooms are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans, wall safes, and, of course, private bathrooms with spacious showers.
