Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- We accept online payments via Homeaway
- 50% deposit is required at booking, balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- $300.00 refundable damage deposit is required at booking.
$500.00 refundable damage deposit for bookings of a month or longer.
If staying longer than a week the cleaning fee will be charged on a per week basis.
Any 3 night stay rate will be charged based on the weekend rate. WE DO NOT DO RENTALS FOR LESS THAN 3 NIGHTS.
Monthly Rates are based on 4 weeks stay. Pay for 3 weeks and 1 week is free.
