For cancellations 60 days or more before your check-in date, 100% of the Security Reservation Deposit equal to $250 is forfeited.
For cancellation less than 60 days before your check in date, the rent and tax and additional fees are forfeited, unless the property is re-rented and confirmed, in which case:
If the rental period is re-rented at the same rate as your original Agreement, then all rent, taxes, and additional fees minus a $500 will be refunded.
If the re-rental rate is made at a lower rate than the original Tenant agreed to, the refunded amount will be the difference between the original rental rate and the new rental rate minus $250 administration, marketing and cancellation fee.We will make every good faith effort to re-rent the property.
