First Floor: The first floor of this luxury beach home contains a spacious beautifully decorated living area with 50' plasma HDTV and fireplace with easy access to the outdoor private pool and spa. Watch your favorite sports, mix up a great appetizer in one of the well designed, well stocked custom kitchens, or watch the kids at play in the 10' x 20' swimming pool while chillin in The Gulf of Mexico destination spot. The 1st floor is also home to two queen suites that is decorated to delight.
Second Floor: The second floor offers two king master suites that can be accessed by an elevator or beautiful hardwood staircase. Both exquisitely decorated masters offer a seating area with a flat screen TV, luxury master bath, and French doors to decks with a spectacular views of The Emerald Coast. However, the most eastern master suite has the added bonus of an office with high speed internet and a futon which will be great for keeping the kids close by. Or, someone in your party can enjoy this spacious office while keeping up with the work or friends while on vacation. Plus, there is a queen suite with French doors to the deck offered on this floor as well that will make all occupants want to come back time after time to this Maravilla rental.
Thrid Floor: The third floor has an oversized gourmet kitchen and living area for your enjoyment with unbelievable 360 degree views (180 degree from the west deck and 180 degree from the east deck). The gourmet chef will come out in all the cooks of the party in this spacious well designed custom stainless steel and granite kitchen. There is an outdoor grill provided for those who love to grill. If you don't cook, sit back and watch the 50' plasma flat screen TV while enjoying your family as they prepare the vacation meals. If it is a cool night, turn on the natural gas fire place to take the chill off. Or wrap up with a blanket and retire to the roof top observation deck for the beautiful sunsets or sunrises, or just to watch the stars.
