Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Holiday rates subject to change and reqyure a 4 night minimum / 3 night minimum on weekends.
An $85 cleaning fee & $10 parking fee per vehicle will be added to rental.
$150 refundable security/damage deposit is required at booking.
Sorry but a 3% surcharge will e added to all credit card payments. - We try to keep our rates and fees as low as possible. In order to do so, we have made a few changes to our rental program. We will no longer do 2 or 3 night rentals on weekends only. We will now require a 4 night minimum if the rental falls on the weekend. We will gladly do a 3 night reservation if it is during the week days only, unless it falls between rentals and leaves days that would be unrentable, as we only book back to back rentalsThis is due to the problem of having all weekend rentals and no week nights during the fall and winter rental period. This is to avoid going, as many owners have already have done, to 7 night only rentals.
