• Reservations require 50% of the rental amount including Mammoth Lakes Transient Occupancy Tax and a refundable security deposit of $300. Final payment is due 10 business days prior to arrival if paid via PayPal. Final payment made using personal checks will be accepted, but payment must be received 3 weeks prior to arrival. Keys will be sent once full payment is received.
  
  Security deposit will be refunded within 10 business days of receipt of all keys and there is no damage to the property caused by the renter or their invitees. Damage in excess of security deposit will be payable by renter. A prepaid envelope will be provided to return the keys.
  
  Cancellation within 30 days of check-in date will be refundable less 5% fee. All cancellations less than 30 days will result in forfeiture of all deposits unless unit is rented. No refund for unused days, adverse weather or early departure.
