Asheville House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates are for six people. Maximum occupancy is 8. There is a $20 per person fee for more than six people per day. A $20 per day surcharge on weekend rates and longer minimum stay may apply for holidays, events, and October Fall Color.
There is a damage deposit of $250 per rental agreement which is refundable within 15 days after checkout if the property is vacated in satisfactory condition. This is part of the deposit required to hold a reservation.
If you wish to make a reservation, email the owner from Homeaway or VRBO.com with the dates you want to stay. If the dates are available, you will then receive a request for payment. After you agree to the terms of the rental agreement, and make a payment, the time you requested will be reserved for you. . For reservations more than 30 days in advance, a 50% deposit is required. The balance is due 30 days before the arrival date. For reservations less than thirty days in advance, full payment is required.
