A deposit of 50% of the rent is required to secure the days you desire. The Security Deposit is also due at this time. The balance of the rental fee is due 2 weeks prior to arriving. Days are reserved on a 'first come, first serve' basis only. No verbal committments accepted.
Cleaning fee of $85.00 required at time of arrival.
A Security Deposit in a form of cash , check, or money order, or credit card in the amount of $100.00 is required with rent, and will be refunded by mail if paid with a check, or to your account, if paid with a credit card, within 2 weeks aftr you depart the house, as long as the home is kept in good order. Minimum stay 2 nights
