- A 50% deposit is required along with a signed rental agreement within 7 days of making a reservation. The balance plus a $600 refundable security deposit is due 45 days before arrival. Any damage to the property and furnishings, or excessive cleaning required will be deducted from the security deposit. Lease will not be guaranteed if final payment is not received 45 days prior to arrival.
- If a cancellation is necessary, every effort will be made to re-book the reservation time with another tenant. If the time is filled, a full refund will be made. If we are unable to fill the rental time, all deposits or fees paid will be forfeited.

- Two of the upstairs bedrooms have a pedestal sink in them. The King upstairs bedroom has a seating area with two chairs and a table. The downstairs master bedroom has a nice, antique vanity and chair. The 'pink room' double bed room has a love seat at one end. The three bedrooms with the double and king beds are very large and roomy and have window AC units in them.
