Aspen House for Rent: Holiday Bookings Available - Aspen Equestrian Estates - Property 258787

WONDERFUL PLACE TO SPEND TIME: Our home is elegantly appointed & very comfortable at the same time. We are located in the Roaring Fork Valley - as it is called which includes an area from Aspen to Glenwood Springs, Colorado. There's not a more gorgeous part of the world that we have ever found anywhere. There are King beds in both the Master Suite & the first Guestroom & the 3rd Bedroom is also a Study that is quite lovely - it has a Queen Leather Sofa/Bed that is very comfortable. It's a wonderful place for a large group of friends &/or family to gather. The living room/greatroom is large & opens onto the kitchen with a large eating bar dividing the two but, no one gets stuck in the kitchen alone - they can visit & part of everything. If you are a horse lover - feel free to bring your horse or horses on vacation with you because there are stables on the property adjoining Aspen Equestrian Estates and it borders the back of our property - so you can just walk over & give them sugar cubes or treats anytime.

If you are a Fisherperson.....or something else.: If you enjoy fishing - just grab your fishing rod or should I say fly rod (although you can fish here without a fly rod - but, the purest wouldn't use anything else) & walk down to the Roaring Fork River just around the corner....it's one of the 3 Gold Metal Streams here in the Roaring Fork Valley - its just gorgeous. By the way - a good friend of ours & is our caretaker as well, Jeff Chapman, is a Fishing Guide so if you really want to get in some great fishing experiences while you are here - give Jeff a call & schedule a fishing trip with him as your guide prior to your arrival. He's a great guy & he knows where the fish are biting! If you don't fish - be sure to bring your golf clubs because there are lots of beautiful courses here in the area. They range from championship courses to a 3-par course which is just down from our house & I must say - that's about my speed but, they are all here!

The beauty of the Mountains: Perhaps you just need to get away - well, if so - come on over - you'll love what you find. Whether you choose to curl up with a book in front of the fireplace of go for a walk or a hike or ride your bike on one of the many nature trails or take in our fitness center & exercise all you want or jump in the pool for a quick swim or maybe you'd like to play tennis. Well, we've got it! We're located 18 miles from the Aspen Airport so it doesn't take anytime to get here from there or if you choose to fly into Eagle/Vail airport - we're 45 minutes away. If you drive in - we're about 15 miles from I-70 at Glenwood Springs with 4-lane highway all the way to within a block or so to our place. There are some really nice supermarkets in our area - 4 or 5 minutes away plus a movie theater is the same distance. If you choose to eat-in- -we have a wonderful kitchen with all the utensils you'll need & most of the spices as well - if you choose to eat out - we have great restaurants all around.
