- A deposit of one-half of the total rental is required to confirm the reservation, with the balance due on or before arrival. If notice of cancellation is received 60 days or more prior to arrival date, deposit will be refunded, less a 20% service charge; 30-60 days prior, a refund of one-half of the deposit; less than 30 days, deposit will not be refunded. (Exception for Holidays Rentals: Deposit of one-half should be made at time of reserving. Balance must be received at least 30 days prior to arrival date. There will be no refund for cancellations after the 30 day deadline.)
