Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Summer(6/18-9/9)$$150-$200 per night
Fall (9/10-12/16)$135-$175per night
Tax, cleaning and Nordic Village amenities fee are not included.
2 night minimum stay required
Holiday/vacation weeks/weekends rates are slightly higher. Please call/e-mail for further information.
Rates are subject to change - 150 USD security deposit and a down payment ( 50% of the total cost ) are due upon booking, and the full balance is required 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations require at least 30 days notice to receive refund.
