Lake Berkley Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Low Season from $780 or £480 per week
Mid Season from $830 or £510 per week
High Season from $880 or £540 per week
Peak Season from $1015 or £625 per week
RATES INCLUDE TAXES & UTILITIES
Daily rates may be available, please contact us for more information. For stays of less than 1 week an additional cleaning fee will be payable of $150 per visits. For bookings of more than two weeks, please email us for our special rates.
Swimming pool heating is charged at $120 or £75 or per week, it is possible to heat pool on a daily basis (minimum 4 days). Normally required late October through to April.
Initial Deposit required - A reservation deposit of $350 or £215 per week will be required to secure the dates you require, with the remaining balance being due 8 weeks prior to your arrival.

Should you find another Single Storey 5 bed 3 bath villa in Lake Berkley that is available & offering a better price, we will be happy to price match.
* * * * * - In the event of cancellation the following applies:
More than 60 days prior to departure - 10% loss of total rental
30 to 60 days - 50% loss of total rental
Within 30 days - 100% loss of total rental
In addition to the rental amount, a security deposit of $250 or £155 is due at the same time as full payment (8 weeks prior to arrival), this is fully refundable within 14 days of your departure from the property, pending an inspection from our management company that there are no damages or breakages against it.
Rates are based on the exchange rate of $1.622.
We can accept payment in either US Dollars or Pounds Sterling and also accept US checks, UK cheque and all major credit cards via PAYPAL. Handling charge may applied.

The Resort: The resort offers tennis, basketball, volleyball, stocked fishing lakes, nature trail around the 14 acre natural lake with lots of baby ducks to feed, private beach with BBQ area, picturesque gazebo - ideal for weddings. A private clubhouse with cyber cafe, fitness room, large communal pool, hot spa, games arcade & sports equipment hire centre.
Our Villa: The villa is fully-equipped with superior furniture adding to the luxurious feel and homeliness that will make your stay in Florida a wonderful experience. Its location makes it perfect for those who wish to spend a holiday in the sun, where the temperature exceeds 80 degrees even during the winter months. Lounge/family room features a large, open plan living space with three-piece suite, incorporating a formal dining area which seats 6 people. There is also DVD player, Sony playstation, a CD/Radio/Cassette player and the newly installed 42” TV with HD cable services. From the lounge an alarmed sliding patio doors leads out onto the pool deck. Own private heated swimming pool, with a covered lanai (screened cage pool enclosure to create a bug free, UV limited and shading structure for children's safety) and for those less energetic the extended deck area features a table with chairs and loungers for you to soak up the sun and just watch.
What's near: Our Orlando holiday villa is ideally located close to the local amenities: Approximately 4 minutes drive away are a deli, Subway (bread rolls, you choose the filling), general store, pharmacy and petrol station. Approximately 4 minutes drive will bring you to a Publix supermarket, liquor store, Chinese restaurant (who do takeaways and deliver to our villa), McDonalds, video store, hairdressers and mailbox. 3 to 4 minutes drive will bring you to other shops, restaurants and a medical centre. Further afield are Disney (10 minutes), Seaworld (15 minutes), Universal (25 minutes), etc. Gulf coast beach just over an hour's drive; East coast beach 60 minutes drive. Cape Canaveral/Kennedy Space Centre 60 minutes drive Daytona beach and race track 90 minutes drive.
