Lake Berkley Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

RATES QUOTED WILL INCLUDE TAXES, UTILITIES & END OF STAY CLEAN
Daily rates may be available, please contact us for more information. For stays of less than 1 week an additional cleaning fee of $150 will be payable. For bookings of more than two weeks, please email us for our special rates.
Swimming pool heating is charged at $170 per week, it is possible to heat pool on a daily basis (minimum 4 days), normally required late October through to April.
A Reservation Deposit of $400 PER WEEK will be required to secure the dates you require, with the remaining balance along with the Security Deposit of $250 being due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. Security Deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of your departure from the property, pending an inspection from our management company that there are no damages or breakages against it. - *****************************************************************************
In the event of cancellation the following applies:
More than 60 days prior to departure - 10% loss of total rental
30 to 60 days - 50% loss of total rental
Within 30 days - 100% loss of total rental
We can accept payment in either US Dollars or Pounds Sterling and also accept US checks, UK cheque and all major credit cards via PAYPAL. Handling charge may applied.
