Check in 4pm....Check out 10 am - Your personal check for rent/tax/cleaning and a separate $300 deposit check are required immediately to secure your reservation.
Your rent/tax/cleaning check will be cashed 14 days prior to your arrival. The $300 deposit check is refundable if there is no damage to the property.
* Cancellation: Call owner ASAP. If we can fill your spot, we will refund your payment.
Maximum occupancy 10 people.
We do not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
