Killington Townhome Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates from $250 to $475 per night see Rate Schedule or call for details.
- Additional charge of 10% for Vermont State Tax and a One time exit cleaning fee of $125, depending on condition Townhouse is left in.

All Rentals require a $350-$500 Damage/Theft Security Deposit based on number of rental nights, sorry-No Exceptions.
Payment schedule: 50% of Base Rental is due when you book your reservation.
Full Payment is due 30 days before your arrival. Your reservation will not be reserved until we receive your deposit and a signed rental agreement. You must be 25yrs of age in order to sign a rental contract, proof of age may be required

Private loft outside of master bedroom, nice area to sit and relax reading or listening to music. Loft railing overlooks the living room. All rooms have their own heat and thermostat. Large hanging closet, dresser and nightstands with alarm clock. Guest Bedroom is located on the second level, entryway to the unit is from the second level. This guest bedroom has twin beds, a private bathroom with tub and shower, a large hanging closet and dresser. There is a pullout queen sized sofa bed on the 1st floor located in the living room. There's a 1/2 bath (Sink, Toilet) on this level
