Lake of the Woods Cabin Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rental Rates: $200 per night
- $200 per night. 3 night minimum.
Check-in: 4:00PM. Check-out: 11:00AM. - PAYMENT – Payments may be made by cash, personal check, or credit card (VISA, MasterCard, or Discover). A reservation made more than 60 days in advance requires a $200 deposit at time of booking. The reservation deposit will be applied toward rent. 50% of the rent is due 60 days before arrival (less the $200 reservation deposit). The BALANCE OF RENT is due 14 days before your arrival date.
For reservations made within 60 days or less of arrival date, 50% of the rental rate is required at time of booking. The BALANCE OF RENT is due 14 days before your arrival date.
CANCELLATIONS: A 60 day notice is required for a cancellation refund. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date are subject to a $50 fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay or that are made within 60 days of the arrival date forfeit the full advance payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
