  • $350.rent/$1300.mo rent
  • This is based on usual use, if there is excessive use of utilites, or damage to property it will come out of damage deposit. To book your dates, I need rental deposit , and signed rental agreement returned with deposit. Then 30 days prior to arrival I need rent. No credit cards accepted. Upon arrival your booking deposit will turn into a damage/cleaning deposit, securing against damage and leaving place clean and ready for next rentors. Leave place picked up and clean all items in refrigerator disposed of and all trash disposed of prior to leaving. Wash all used linens in kitchen and bath and bedroo, It is your obligation to report to me any problems upon arrival that you found. If you do not wish to clean I will have cleaned after you leave, cleaning fee is $100.00 it will come out of your deposit.
  • NO SMOKING UNIT, PETS FOR AN ADDITIONAL $100.00 per pet NON-Refundable deposit. You must clean up dog waste daily, put int garbage bag in outside trash. The pet must be on meds. for flea & tick control. No pets on furniture.

  • 1 bedroom has fullsize bed other has kingsize bed(which is high and up against wal so that it fit in room.) Both rooms have a closet. Both rooms have linens. Room with kingsize bed has less furniture because bed takes up alot of room, just one 6 drawer cabinet.& in closet there is also a two drawer dresser. Other room with smaller bed has two dressers in room & nightstand with drawers.

Notes: No-smoking, deposit will be held if house, furniture, smells like smoke. Although you see a fireplace chimney, there is NOT a working fireplace. It is closed off from use. A $250. refundable booking/damage/cleaning fee/deposit . (Refundable if you dont cancel and if you leave the place cleaned linens washed, garbage emptied, fridge emptied and clean, toilets,shower,sinks(kitchen & bath) clean .Floors, counters,tables,dresser tops, cleaned. Leave ready for next guest. Leave as you found. Stove,fridge, microwave & coffee pot cleaned. Leave garbage out back in alley can. If you do not clean you will be charged, cleaning fee. of $100.00 out of your deposit. If you do damage you will be charged. Notify me when you check in if there are any problems with the condition of property upon arrival. Or your responsible.
