- There are 12 individual beds in this home among 4 bedrooms: 1 King, 3 Queens and 4 Singles. In the fourth bedroom suite, there are two trundle beds (4 singles) that can each convert to King beds if needed. The home comfortably sleeps 12 single adults. We will also gladly provide an aerobed that can be set up in the very nice laundry room to create an additional private sleeping area for 2 more people if needed. There is a total of 4 Queen aerobeds...plenty of beds for all. There is also a PacNPlay for the baby.
