- $145/night Sunday – Thursday and $185/nt for Friday and Saturday. A full week (seven nights) is $1,000/week. Holiday period five night minimum. $3,150/month for periods up to 30 days. Unit is available for rent year round. Basic utilities are covered. Extra $200.00 added for all major holiday dates to daily rate. Higher during American Cup period. $25 Extra person fee beyond 2 people. $300.00 Security Deposit is required and is refunded if no damage.
An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required forty-five (45) days before arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The balance of rent is due ten days before your arrival date. A contract is required to be received and signed before arrival. Once payment and the agreement are received the security door code combination will be provided to you. - A damage/reservation deposit of $300 is required. This must be received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is not applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (24) days of departure, provided nothing is taken or damaged.
Check-In time is after 4:00 p.m. and Check-Out is 11:00 a.m. Early Check-in or late check-out can be arranged if requested.
This is a Non Smoking unit.
Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions.
