Optional Items:
• Pool/Spa heat is $175/per week or $30/per day if less than week
• Gas BBQ grill is optional at $45 for unlimited use, renter responsible for refill
Reservation Deposit $300 /Per week.
Refundable Security Deposit $300 with final payment
Final payment due 2 month prior check-in date - Payment Methods:
• Bank Check, Casher Check, Money Order, Personal Check (perferred)
• Paypal (3-4% fee)
• Major Credit Cards (3-4% fee)

Cancellation Policy:
The renter may cancel reservation at any time. Cancellation must be in writing in the form of a letter or an email.
The following cancellation charges will apply:
• Over 90 days prior to check-in - $150 processing fee.
• 60 to 90 days prior to check-in - deposit retained as credit towards rental within one year.
• 30 to 60 days prior to check-in - 50% of rental.
• Within 30 days of check-in - 100% of rental.
