- Both the master and larger guest rooms have king sized beds, and both have 6' sliders into the lanai facing the bay. The master has an ultra comfortable, adjustable, vibrating Tempur-Pedic memory foam bed. The master bath has a spa tub. The 1st. guest room also has an ultra comfortable king sized bed with the view of a beautiful date palm just outside the lanai in that area. The 3rd. bedroom has a twin sized trundle bed with a second bed which just slides out from under the top one. Both mattresses have extra foam toppers to make them very comfortable. The 3rd. bedroom also has a desk and a desk hutch for anyone who needs to do office work.

The kitchen is fully furnished with 2 stainless refrigerators, 2 microwaves, and every appliance you could want. Tropical style dinnerware with tablecloths, napkins, and placemats are included. There is dinner seating for 9 in the kitchen, and 12 to 14 in the lanai. The lanai has tropical lighting for evening.
