Sugarloaf Key House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- There is a Florida State Sales Tax @ 7.5% and a Monroe County Tourist Development Tax of 5%.
- Security Deposit: $1500.00 is required to hold a reservation and is refundable shortly after departure if the keys are returned and the premises are left in acceptable condition and with no damage. The security deposit reverts to a damage deposit upon arrival. If the keys are not returned, there is a $100.00 charge for each elevator key and $25.00 charge for the door keys.
- Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Cancellations made prior to 90 days before arrival will result in a refund of the rental fee. Cancellations made within the 90 days before arrival will be refunded only if the property can be re-rented for that time period.

- Both the master and larger guest rooms have king sized beds, and both have 6' sliders into the lanai facing the bay. The master has an ultra comfortable, adjustable, vibrating Tempur-Pedic memory foam bed. The master bath has a spa tub. The 1st. guest room also has an ultra comfortable king sized bed with the view of a beautiful date palm just outside the lanai in that area. The 3rd. bedroom has a twin sized trundle bed with a second bed which just slides out from under the top one. Both mattresses have extra foam toppers to make them very comfortable. The 3rd. bedroom also has high speed internet, Wi-Fi, a desk and a desk hutch for anyone who needs to do office work.
