Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Summer rates are 3,000 to 4,500 per week. Email or call for off season rates
- Peak summer rates range .. from $3000-$4,500/week.
Winter rates .. $1,500 per week plus the cleaning fee of $150 per visit.

We do not supply towels and sheets but we can recommend a service that will deliver at the doorstep if you so desire.

The other 4 bedrooms are downstairs with 2 baths on either side of the hall. One of the bedrooms has a queen and a sliding glass door facing the ocean. The other 3 bedrooms have 2 single beds each.
