Montgomery House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Minimum age limit for renters.
- $1650/week or Peak/Holiday $1800/week. $360 Per Night Minimum is Four Nights Off Peak NO EXCEPTIONS ON DAYS.

MINIMUM FOUR DAY RENTAL WITH 1000 DOLLAR FULLY REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.
NO LARGE PARTIES NO EXCEPTIONS. - It is not profitable for us to rent the home for less than four nights. Therefore we will not negotiable on our four night minimum. We do charge a 1000.00 dollar deposit that is fully refundable within ten days after rental is complete. The home features fine furniture and antiques. Which is why we charge a large deposit. No large parties of any kind. No exceptions.
