Notes: Bookshelves hold many tempting volumes as well as videos and games for children. Upstairs, the Great Room with vaulted ceiling is surrounded by windows and fabulous 180 degree views as well as a stone fireplace with inviting comfortable seating. The dining area can accommodate up to 12 in a pinch. The cozy viewing-sunroom contains the TV, with a Platinum cable-channel-viewing-package, VCR, DVD systems as well as the CD and radio. There is a powder room upstairs. The kitchen is fully-equipped for any gourmet cook's needs, including, on the kitchen deck, two BBQs and a propane set up for cooking lobsters, and a washer and dryer. The house is just steps from the ocean where a deep water mooring and float (28 feet at low tide) can accommodate a very large boat. Fishing and swimming for the hardy are great activities, as is biking on the country roads.
