The cozy viewing-sunroom contains the TV, with a Platinum cable-channel-viewing-package, VCR, DVD systems as well as the CD and radio. There is a powder room upstairs.
The kitchen is fully-equipped for any gourmet cook's needs, including, on the kitchen deck, two BBQs and a propane set up for cooking lobsters, and a washer and dryer. The house is just steps from the ocean where a deep water mooring and float (28 feet at low tide) can accommodate a very large boat.
Fishing and swimming for the hardy are great activities, as is biking on the country roads.
