Deposit is refundable within ten days after passing check-out inspection.
- RENT is due three months before check-in, (four months for peak season) unless reservation is made closer to check-in date, then it is due at time reservation is made. There is no refund if cancellation is necessary unless condo gets rented out for that time period, and will be minus a $75.00 cancellation fee. If it only rents part of the time, refund will be prorated based on how many days of the time period condo rented for.
