- A deposit of 25% is required on receipt of your booking form to secure your dates, this is non refundable.
All prices do not include local taxes and exclude pool heating. Where this is requested at the time of booking the charge is $26/£17 per day.
Bookings of five nights or less will incur a cleaning charge of $90/£55.
For bookings of 3 weeks or more there is a 10% discount.

The Second Master bedroom, situated at the front of the property has a queen size bed with two bedside tables and a dresser. There. Is a 32' tv with built in DVD player. There is a good size closet with an ensuite bathroom consisting of a large shower unit, toilet and sink. The Mickey Mouse themed bedroom had two twin size beds with a bedside table/lamp and a large closet. The Fourth bedroom has two twin size beds with a bedside table/lamp a set of drawers and a large closet.

Games Room - In the games room we have supplied an 8ft pool table, arcade basketball game and a darts board for family fun.
In the Villa there are two living room areas. One with a 3 seater sofa bed and a 2 seater love seat with coffee and end tables.
The second living area consists of 2 large 3 seater sofas, coffee and end tables a 42' flat screen TV & Dvd player . There is also a CD player and Hifi system with a selection of CDs for your use.
There is a well equipped Laundry room with Washer, Dryer, Iron, Ironing board, washing basket, clothes dryer and cleaning equipment.
