- A deposit of 25% is required on receipt of your booking form to secure your dates, this is non refundable.
All prices include local taxes but excludes pool heating. Where this is requested at the time of booking the charge is $23/£15 per day.
Bookings of less than five days will incur a cleaning charge of $90/£55.
A security deposit of $250/£150 will be required and is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company. - For prices in GB Pound Sterling please contact us by email with the dates you would require and we will endeavor to reply to your request as soon as possible.

There is a good size walk in closet with a large en suite bathroom consisting of a garden tub and separate shower cubicle. This en suite also has a separate toilet and sink and provides access to the pool. The Second Master bedroom, situated at the front of the property has a queen size bed with two bedside tables and a dresser. There is a good size closet with an ensuite bathroom consisting of a large shower unit, toilet and sink. The Mickey Mouse themed bedroom had two twin size beds with a bedside table/lamp and a large closet. The Fourth bedroom has two twin size beds with a bedside table/lamp and a large closet.
