- The rate is $195/ night double occupancy. The second bedroom and bathroom is not included unless it is needed and requested. The house is large enough that closing this area off does not interfere with the enjoyment of the house. For additional persons there is a nominal fee of $45/ night to cover my additional expenses. For each person after 4 people , I charge $25/ night and I turn my lanai with two sofa couch/beds into a 3 rd bedroom with clean sheets, pillows and linen and they share the bathroom facilities without interfering with the sleeping arrangements of the guest in the second bedroom rooms.

To reserve these dates with us, a 25% deposit from a major credit card company such as Master Card, Visa, and Dinners Club international, Carte Blanche, American Express, or Discover Card is necessary. It is advisable to give us lots of lead-time as my vacation rental is in high demand because of its great value.

It lays facing due east of Maui with a clear view of the Pacific Ocean in the direction of Maka'alae Point. Maka'alae Point which means (The beginning of the path to the eye) was known to be the playgrounds of the Alii's (Chiefs) because it is known for its pleasant fair weather conditions. You can see the sunrise out of the Pacific Ocean (and the sometimes the Moon) creeping along the horizon of the water. All contemporary kitchen amenities TV, CD, DVD, stemmed glass ware, heated towel racks in bathrooms, comfortable posturpedict king size beds, cotton sheets, bathrobes, two person bath tub, out door shower, BBQ stove, Washer and Dryer, fenced in large front yard to play in and walk around. Tropical fruit trees and plants, private and secure environment, spectacular ocean and mountain views. Covered parking, authentic Hawaiian Hale for private or group functions available.
House Description: Here is a brief description. There are two large bedrooms with king size beds in each bedrooms. The lanai has another futon couch and a sofa that fold out. The living room has a sofa and two large comfortable chairs. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. The master bedroom has a private bathroom for two people and a separate shower stall. The second bedroom use a bath/shower stall that can also used by others in the house without interfering with their privacy as it is connected by a hallway outside of their room. There is also an outside shower. All the bathrooms are beautifully arranged with quality fixtures. Including heated towel racks, rheostat lighting, tiled floors and custom paints. Pictures of the bathrooms are shown on the video tour.
