House is located within the Fiesta Key gated resort. The clubhouse has a exercise room, tennis courts and a large heated outdoor pool. Also inside the clubhouse there is a kitchen area and sitting area. A large children's playground and a jogging trail. The trail itself extends around the outside of the resort behind most of the properties and the lakes.
