One half of rental rate is due upon making a reservation. All Payments must be Made prior to 30 Days Of Move-In.
A lease contract is also required to be submitted with deposit. - If you cancel 30 days or more in advance there is a $50 cancellation fee. We will do our best to re-rent the property. If the property is re-rented there will be no additional fees due and your deposits will be refunded by the first day of your canceled rental period less the $50 cancellation fee. If we are unable to re-rent the property you will forfit your entire deposit.
If you cancel 30 days or less all deposits are forfeited.
