- All 3 Bedrooms have a custom queen size bunkbed (2 queens, 1 over another) sleeps four per room, house sleeps 12 total. So that's 6 queen size beds and room for 3 kids on the 3 couches totaling 15. You could also fit a few more on the floors if you're all good friends! I have had 30 there once, but it would be pushing it.
