Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- We will accept payment via check, paypal or credit card. If you choose paypal or credit card we will charge an additional 3% processing fee.
- A 50% deposit is required to hold all reservations.
The final payment along with a $250.00 refundable security/damage deposit will be due 60 days before arrival.
The security deposit will be refunded within 30 days of your stay at Bella Mare. Loss of deposit results from damage or misuse of the house, its contents, and associated amenities (i.e. kayaks, bicycles, etc.).
Cancellation Policy
Full refunds will be issued with written notice given 60 days prior to arrival.
1/2 Refunds will be issued for written notice given 30 days prior to arrrival.
No refunds will be issued if cancellation is within 30 days of arrival unless Bella Mare can be re-rented for reserved days.
