If you prefer to walk, the Kamaole beaches are about five minutes away as well as amazing snorkel sights and access to an ocean-front walking trail that takes you nearly the length of Wailea. Or walk into the Town of Kihei for Margarita’s at Fred’s, Mai Tai’s at Lulu’s or shopping at an open-air market. Maui Kamaole, located in South Kihei, is truly one of the best places to stay on Maui.
