- A 200.00 dollar security deposit must be sent with rental payment. Deposit is refundable and will be returned after cottage inspection and within one week of the end of your rental term. Once you agree to rent the cottage, a 50% deposit must be paid within seven business days of agreement to rent. The rest of Rental payment, including 7% Maine Lodging tax is due at least 60 days prior to rental date. Cottage must be left in same condition in which it was found or a $75.00 cleaning charge will be assessed. Towels and sheets included in rental.
- Dogs accepted with a $150 non-refundable dog fee per animal (max 2). Credit card accepted.
Rentals run weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Check in after 3pm and check out by 10am

- Sunnyside is a two bedroom cottage. The master bedroom has a new King bed and 8' sliding glass doors to your private 200 square foot deck overlooking a fantastic view of Penobscot Bay. The second bedroom has beautiful triple windows overlooking the historic cottage row that surrounds Merithew Square. The second bedroom has a new queen bed and features a Dutch bed nook which can be used as a single bed or a cozy couch for reading and napping. Both rooms have doors opening to the upstairs hall and the second floor bath. The rooms are bright and airy,
