The maid service is twice weekly. There is a full time gardener/caretaker on the property.
Young children are not accepted because the pool is deeper than the normal specs and it is unfenced.
Smoking is permitted in all outside areas, please use ashtrays provided and do not throw butts in the gounds.
No smoking indoors.
We have fans throughout the house.
Long term rentals only i.e. 3, 6 or 12 months. We do not accept short term rentals.
The property is totally fenced with electric gates.
