Pagosa Springs House Details

Summer: Pagosa has many spring , summer and fall activities. There is an extensive trail for hiking and biking with access across the street. There are many rivers in the area including the San Juan and the Animas for fisherman. Williams Creek lake is one of the most beautiful mountain lakes and is a 30 minute drive away. White water rafting and kayaking are very popular on both the San Juan and Animas rivers. Hike the many mountain trails and discover beautiful waterfalls. The golf course has unsurpassed mountain views and is less than 3 miles away. There are 5 tennis courts a ten minute bike ride away. Fall colors make for spectacular picture taking.

Winter: Wolf Creek with the 'most snow in Colorado' is less than 45 minute drive away. Wolf Creek is rated one of the best steep and deep ski areas in the west. It has one of the best ski and snowboarding schools making for the perfect family vacation area. Snowshoeing and cross country skiing are out the door with access across the street to an extensive trail system.

Hot springs: Pagosa Springs is one of the best natural therapeutic hot springs in the world. Soak in the springs and then take a dip in the river. Enjoy a day of hiking or skiing then relax in the the springs.

Ski: Wolf creek 40 minutes away and Purgatory/Durango mountain a 90 minute drive.

Golf: Excellent golf 3 miles from the house.
