Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Number of persons over 6 will be charged an extra $20 per night and an additional $25 cleaning fee
- 2013 will have a cleaning rate changes. The pre- post-season rates will be $60 a weekend for a couple, $70 for 3 or 4 persons and $75 for 5-6 persons. The summer weekly cleaning rate will be $75 a couple; $85 for 3-4 persons, and $100 for 5- 6 persons.
Dogs will be considered on a case by case basis with most pets welcome. Limit of 2 dogs. No puppies (under the age of 1 yr.) The pet deposit will continue to be $85 and the non-refundable fee will increase to $50.00 - $60 (long hair pets). This is because of large amounts of dog hair left behind by family dogs, among other things. Please review the pet addendum carefully - it is meant to cover everything but probably does not apply to every situation.
Holiday rates vary and are typically higher than regular rates with a minimum 3-day rate.
Please review my Storm Policy; there are NO refunds due to storms or bad weather. Please, Please, Please purchase trip insurance if you are traveling during storm season. - Monthly rental rates as shown do NOT include full electricity. Power usage will be calculated per the power company.
Cancellation Policy:
Less than 30 days: No refund
More than 60 days: full refund; 30 days or more 1/2 rental fee refunded; security/reservation deposit not refunded.
Full refund if I can re-reserve your dates.
