Blue River House Details
Just around the corner from the den is a the third full bathroom. Just off the family room is one of two decks with a new gas grill. This home also has a 2000 square foot semi-finished walk-out basement filled with foosball, air hockey and a pool table. From the basement, you can walk out onto the second deck which houses the hot-tub. The view of the stars is unobstructed and the tall pine trees sway in the breeze. We have spent many hours in the tub with the snow lightly falling on our noses. There is also a two car garage.
Breckenridge is a year round resort and just a one and a half hour drive from Denver, Colorado on an all weather interstate highway. Breckenridge is the closest destination resort with Keystone, Copper Mountain, and A-Basin under 30 minutes and Vail and Beaver Creek are within 45 minutes from our home. Breckenridge sponsors musical events, Art Festivals and more during the year.
